What would you guess is the hottest issue to show up in counseling? In my counseling practice I've seen it again and again! If you guessed RELATIONSHIPS, you were right! After the survival needs of food, physical safety and shelter are met, most humans turn to relationship. We want to be in harmonious relationship with others, yet it can be so challenging for many of us!

Some of the great souls who have graced our planet (and come of us not so great souls) have realized that there are some significant differences between the female psyche and the male psyche - that we really are quite different in how we look at the world and, therefore, what we want to get out of life. In my counseling room I see the lack of understanding about male/female differences as causing a lot of hurt. So many of us feel so misunderstood! And we probably are - just as we are misunderstanding our opposite sex companions.

I am joining with a goof friend, Janice Turner, president of International Life Coaching, to put together a women's training workshop. Later we will offer something fort men.

This training workshop supports women in breaking the barriers that keep them from living the life of their dreams. This is not just another "how to" program. It is a transformational and life altering experience. It is designed to bring out your true self. You will be empowered AND get useable tools so you can actually install the new power in your daily life. The power you receive, and the tools to install it, will work in all the important areas of your life, not just "relationship".

Loving yourself 100%
Attracting the perfect mate
How to have successful relationships with men
Having the support of women
Living with joy
And much more!

Janice and I are clear that today's woman, with few role models to follow, is longing for the tools to keep her marriage together, create more intimate family relationships and learn to have supportive friendships with other women. Along with acquiring tools, we know everyone must heal their past if they are going to create a new future - that actually works and is free of blocks and barriers.

Have you noticed that no matter how hard you try to achieve some things or have some relationships change, you just can't seem to get it done? Breaking through barriers is a key element of the weekend. Our old barriers keep us from moving forward. Most of the time we don't even know they are there - or we would have already cleared them away. Janice and I have developed several processes to support individuals in:

Locating these barriers
Breaking through these barriers

The WOMEN'S LIFE training workshop was born out of Janice's passionate vision of ending divorce in the world by teaching women how to have successful relationships with men; by supporting women to live their dreams; and encouraging women to strengthen their relationships with women. All three areas are sadly lacking for man women.

Janice, married and mother of two, has had been a successful business and relationship coach for 14 years. She and I both feel that for women to be successful, they need to be following their higher purpose and having a functional relationship with God.

Just listen to your heart: if God is calling you to this event, come. We know that participating in WOMEN'S LIFE training workshop will give you new levels of success in your life and relationships. Perhaps relationships are our most precious commodity. Appreciating the differences between men and women will go a long way toward bringing each of us happiness.
